For larger runs (corporate orders), the times are agreed individually with the client.
Delivery:
Delivery is carried out by the courier company Econt and its price is calculated upon completion of the order, before payment. When sending the order, the customer receives a notification by e-mail.
Delivery times are standard for the courier company Econt, usually 1-2 business days for most locations.
Orders are shipped on weekdays by 5:30 PM and on Saturdays by 2:00 PM. Orders shipped on Saturdays are delivered the next business day.
Returns and Exchanges:
Designs without personalization are subject to return and exchange within 14 days, with courier costs borne by the buyer. In case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will bear the courier costs.
Personalized designs are not subject to return and exchange, except in case of a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
Please note: Actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Due to differences in monitor settings, brightness, and device displays, the color of the t-shirt and print tones may appear slightly different in person. We use professional printing on high quality garments, but slight variations are normal and part of the process, therefore they are not considered defects.
Return of defective products or error in print:
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by sending:
- order number
- photo of the defect or incorrect product
- brief description of the problem
Upon confirmation from us, we will:
- replace the product with a new one, at no additional charge, or
- refund the full amount if replacement is not possible.
All costs of returning defective items are covered by us.
Return of standard (non-personalized) products
For products that are not personalized, you have the right to return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, according to Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.
Conditions:
- The product must be unused and with all original labels.
- Return costs are at the customer's expense.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the amount will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made, within 14 business days.

Damage during delivery
In the event that you receive a shipment with visible damage to the packaging, please refuse receipt and contact us immediately so that we can assist the courier and arrange a new delivery.
Special cases
Products made to order or personalized design are not subject to return (Art. 57, item 3 of the ZPA), unless there is deffect or mistake on our end.
