File Upload Guide for DTG Printing

To ensure the best possible print quality, please follow the instructions below when uploading your design for DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing.
Our goal is to make every product look beautiful, sharp, and professionally made — just the way you imagined it!

Maximum printable area: 40 × 49 cm (approx. 4724 × 5787 pixels at 300 DPI)

You can position your design on the front, back, or sleeve (upon request).

Please upload your image in its actual print size for the best results.

Tip: If you’re not sure how your design will look, we can provide a digital preview before printing.

For high-quality results, please make sure your file meets the following specifications:

Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch)

File formats: JPG, PNG (with transparent background), TIFF, PSD, or PDF

Color mode: RGB

Maximum file size: 50 MB

Avoid using low-resolution or compressed images (e.g. screenshots or images downloaded from social media), as they lose detail and sharpness when printed.

DTG printing works perfectly for:

Full-color, photo-realistic designs

Detailed illustrations and artworks

Gradient effects, shadows, and multi-tonal graphics

Logos, text designs, and unique custom artwork

Pixelated or blurry images (below 150 DPI)

Overly dark designs with little contrast

Copyrighted or web images without usage rights

For white or light garments, we recommend files with a transparent background.

For black or colored garments, consider adding a light outline or subtle background shape to help the design stand out.

We print using eco-friendly water-based inks, resulting in a soft, breathable feel without the “plastic” texture typical of other methods.

Yes! As long as the image has a good resolution — ideally at least 3000 px on the longer side.
If you’re unsure, upload it and our team will check it for you before printing.

Add text or small graphic elements
